"I did a Virgin relaxer 2/17 with Carlyle. Her assistant actually applied my relaxer (then Carlyle took over towards the end). The experience was very underwhelming, long, and uncomfortable. She constantly had to coach her assistant through the relaxer application process (from a far) as if she had minimal experience. The salon was packed. She definitely overbooks herself, thus there just a lot of waiting around or forced to recieve deep conditioner just so she can stall. I'm experiencing shedding Everytime I comb my hair (shedding I never experienced with my natural hair). I texted Carlyle Nicole (using the same number I texted her from on the day the appointment) and got no re reply. For a Virgin relaxer, deep conditioner, and trim was $150 and I paid I thought this was pricey since my time was shared with many different clients, assistant lacked experience, result and the atmosphere (salon was messy)."
