"Overall, I like how well stocked this store is, but I didn't have a good experience on Saturday. The only salesperson I had told me she would look for the shade of foundation I needed and then she just forgot. Then the cashier was not very friendly, not polite at all. Customer service is important because you can get the variety of products at other stores."
"Tonight I had me 1st wash & blow out experience at ULTA with Kayleigh on Delray Beach. I enjoyed it very much!! Kayleigh really took the time to wash (massage) my hair!! I showed her a pick of my hair style and she really went out of her way to make it look picture perfect. I highly recommend Kayleigh. I already made another blow out appointment for next week and can't wait!! Thanks again Kayleigh!!"
"It's my first time writing a review, I never like to complain about anything, but today it just didn't seem right to me, especially for a store like Ulta. Approximately an hour ago, I went in as always to buy my makeup and even gifts for 2 of my friends who are having birthdays, I thought, spend some money on this. First, a girl approached me to ask if she could help me with something. I thought she had just been nice and I answered no, with a smile, which she didn't reciprocate, she just keep that tired face. It's okay, I didn't see it as a problem, she may work all day and be tired or something, I say it’s ok, I don’t expect the workers be happy and smiling the whole day. Then I was trying to look for the best gift for my friends and I already had my makeup that I was going to buy too, and then I was going to put something back on the shelf, and then another totally different girl with a horrible expression approach me, and she asks me if she can help me with anything, to which I again responded no, but thank you. She simply rolled her eyes at me and left, giving me an ugly expression. I was a little upset about this, but I let it pass, until I saw security following me very closely, that's when I decided to leave. On the contrary, the guy at the cashier was very nice to me, he makes my experience not too bad, and he is the kind of worker that Ulta should have. But I was still felling bad because I couldn't even buy the gift for my friends, I had already this bad experience with that girl and the guard, I can't believe that a place like Ulta discriminates against you because of how you look. Because any other customer was getting this kind of approach like me. I love Ulta, their products are amazing, I have been to the store several times and I have never been treated this badly. I hope that someone in charge is aware of the employees and their service"
"I had a makeup lesson today with Lamar and couldn't be more pleased. She has fabulous teaching skills and great knowledge of the art of applying makeup. I learned so much and left the store looking my best. She was professional, yet fun, patient and encouraging. No pressure selling. I bought a few products a love. It was time and money very well spent."
"I went to this Ulta in Delray yesterday and this is what Stacy did to my hair. This was my first time getting my hair done at this salon. I walked in a few days prior and had a consult with Stacy. I communicated that I wanted a simple haircut before our family vacation. Stacy suggested face framing and I agreed. I had thick, long hair prior to seeing Stacy and from the very beginning, I knew something was off. Stacy cut my hair while sitting down. She was propped on a stool, below the top of my head, and I was worried about my hair not being cut evenly. I should have ran before it got worse. Unfortunately, I didn't. When she started cutting my face frame, she took the scissors and cut a huge chunk of the right side. I screamed and she said, that is how it's supposed to be cut. The chunk of my hair was cut straight across, instead of at an even angle. See the chunk of my right side on the floor. She lazily dried my hair with ten round brushes sitting in my hair at the same time. What happened to a normal blow dry with one round brush? She said, that this is a prefect haircut. I asked for a manager and was told he is on vacation and that Will was filling in. Will was mostly silent with a look of shock on his face. Stacy didn't apologize or take any ownership for butchering my hair! Stacy disappeared after and I was left by myself for what seemed like forever. I left crying and I feel absolutely traumatized. This is the absolute worst haircut I have ever had in my life and I cannot believe that no one from Ulta has bothered to reach out to me. No one deserves this type of treatment."
