"The tech used dipping powder on my nails as requested. The staff seemed gloomy. No one even smiled and barely spoke to me. My nails looked okay when I left but there were some sharp edges I noticed that I carefully filed when I got home. I won't be going back. Looking for a friendlier feel."

"I made an appointment online for a blowout & curls for my cousins wedding. They called me a few hours later to let me know there would be a festival that day and there might not be parking. I thought that was very courteous even though I was walking there and didn’t need parking. My hair came out great and lasted over 12 hours for the church, family pictures, and the reception. Through drizzle and dancing I came home with great hair, very glad I went to this salon."

"Poor management and many inexperienced nail techs. I made an appointment with one of the techs & upon arriving found out she called in sick but the manager did not call to let me know beforehand They passed me onto another tech who did not speak English & I had to have my nails redone bcause of the poor execution. “Manager” is on her phone all the time. As I looked around I noticed how dirty the salon was with dead cockroaches laying on the floor!!!"
