"I loved having Samantha performing my haircut she knew exactly how I wanted to get my hair done, unfortunately she’s not longer working here, where’s Samantha now we want her back please."

"This was by far the worst experience I have had with a salon. I rushed in there because I had taken out my braids and needed a was and trim. I knew I was taking a chance but the confidence of the woman led me to believe that she is capable. She is African American, therefore I was under the impression that she could do my hair. 1. She did not was wash my hair she put shampoo, rubbed the front, and I mean rubbed, then she rinsed. I thought she was doing a pre- clean so she can detangle, but nope. After I noticed I told her she can scrub my scalp , and she said ok no problem, yet proceeded to add condition and tells me “I will not charge you for that”. Conditioner?!!!! 2. Then she starts to blow dry on cool (low), and begins combing, but with the tiniest comb. I have natural curly hair! Didn’t let my hair dry and began to flat iron! I was so upset …….very upset. She held the iron on the strand of my hair to the point where I pulled my hair away because I thought she would have burned it. She kept praying heat protectant over and over again. Took her 45 min to do that only for my hair to poof back up. She then proceeded to comb through my hair ( which was clearly dirty) with the tiny comb and keeps going over it with an iron ( keeps pooping up). She asks me if I wanted her to cut through my hair for the trim……THATS WHAT I CAME HERE FOR?!!! Do you think I came for the style?!!! she charged me 42 and I was so angry when I left. The reason I tipped is because she was complaining how black people do not tip. I can only blame myself for trusting her and I will be contacting management"

"I absolutely love the haircut that I got from Laura!! I’m a little bit picky about my hair, but she listened to what I wanted and cut it to the right length and it’s super cute. I took my mom who was visiting from Ohio and she also got a haircut from Laura She has very thin hair which it’s hard to cut but Laura did a great job with it. We’re both very happy and will definitely go back!"

"I had been going to the Lake Pointe Center Great Clips for several years because it was nearby/convenient, affordable and they did a good job cutting my hair. Then, three years ago I moved across town where there were several other barber shops nearer to me but I have continued to return to this Great Clips because of the enjoyable experience I get there. I have been seeing Samantha for several months since she is so professional (haircut/grooming), but I also like her because she's so easy to talk to, calm, and makes each customer feel appreciated. I give Great Clips 5 stars and Samantha an enthusiastic "Well Done!""
