"We are from NJ not sure how different they do things here in Florida. But my daughter n I went to get pedicures n my mother dropped us off but paid for our service. The 3 employees communicated to each other the whole time but not once did the guy that took the payment tell the other 2 employees we paid. My daughter gave the girl who did her nails the tip which was for both our nails n the lady spreads it out n shows the other lady. We have them each $8 which is more than 20% n she seemed to not like what we gave her. Plus was confused cause she didn't realized we had already paid until the guy came out from the back n told her. But yet she still wasn't happy with only getting $8! $5.40 is 20% if you're not happy then put a sign up stating what u think you should be tipped but I bet you the store won't be open for much longer either way. I really should have waited till I got back to Jersey for my pedicure because the best part of a pedicure is the massage n they are not good at that!"

"I was there over an hour just to have a set of NexGens taken off. I walked in first before two other people and both of them were done before I was even "finished" soaking my gels off. I got bounced around to 3 different people just to get a simple manicure. They left the cotton and acetone wrapped on my nails for so long that all the acetone dried and the cotton was completely stuck to my fingers. I asked the lady to manicure my nails, make them even and round my natural nails. She clipped my nails but they are all uneven, and NONE of them are rounded like I asked. I was just so annoyed at that point that I just paid and left. I didnt even want her to bother fixing it. I will never go back here. Huge mistake trying this place."
