"Worst barber I ever been too. I asked for a low skin fade, showed a even picture because the lady didn't know what I was talking about. Then she said ok. After 5 minutes she "finished". She cut top part of the hair 3 times with scissors and never touched it again. I asked her with disgust if that is finished because she messed my hair up totally. The sides weren't even faded. She said yes and if I liked it. I was disgusted and said we have a problem. That my hair is messed up. She wanted to go at it again. So I refused because I didn't want her to mess the hair up even more. I stood up and told her I won't pay for this because its totally messed up. So I left. Now i need to go to another barber and try to fix the hair she messed up. I'm totally disgusted that she had the audacity to tell me after 5 minutes that she is finished. I don't recommend this salon/barber to anyone."

"This was a horrible experience. I went in with my son and asked for his hair to be cut and kept long all on the top. The girl cut his hair too short and made it crooked. Another girl went to fix it because the 1st girl had another client which I thought was rude of her not to just fix it real quick. The 2nd girl cut the opposite side of the crooked area to where I had to stop her because she was making it choppy and ruined it even worse. I was so upset with them. They are horrible “stylists” and they clearly don’t know what they are doing. I don’t know how they have a certificate. I don’t see how you can mess up a simple cut. They clearly don’t listen and made it clear they didn’t even care how upset I was. I should’ve just done it myself! Don’t go here!!"
"I am always having problems with the products that I buy at salons. No one really shows me how to use them once I leave the salon that day. I was lucky to have the help of Jack, who was able to assist me with choosing the right type of product I needed for my style, but he was also able to show me how to properly use it so that I could get a great style at home. Pleasant and knowledgeable, I’ll be back for all my hair care needs."
