"I had the worst experience last week Friday. She’s very unprofessional, so rude and has no respect for her customers. I had an appointment that I scheduled with her to get my hair treatment and wash. I also scheduled to get my nails done by the nail tech that works in her salon. While I was getting my nails done the lady cut me so deep where I started bleeding and had to put pressure on it to stop the bleeding. I told the tech so many time to decrease the volume of the machine she use to buff my nails and she kept on increasing as soon as I turn my head. So she end up cutting me and I was in pain. So I called Maria to tell her that she need to stop increasing the volume cause she cut me. So this is the second time I got my nails done by her and the first time she did cut me and I didn’t realize until I start washing dishes that day and felt it. Long story short, I told Maria that the lady cut me before but I don’t know why I came again but I gave her a second try because I though she would listen to me this time by lower the the volume. I stated that I will not coming here to get my nails done again. So the nail tech start crying because I made the complaint about her. So maria star cursing at me and yelling at me and tell me to get out her salon and call me stupid cause her tech was crying. Maria didn’t even care about me bleeding but only care about the tech. I wasn’t even done with my hair and she took the rollers out and told me to leave. This is so unprofessional and her place need to be shut down. I didn’t deserve this type of mistreatment . I do not recommend her to anyone. I have a video of my nails with the bleeding to show proof."
