"This place is very accommodating. I have VERY thin hair. I gave them specific direction NOT to overheat my hair because my hair with fall like paper on my face—it’s THAT thin. I left feeling like a million bucks. Somehow they were able add so much volume with the perfect trim. I will be back!! They’re so sweet too. Very clean. Hard to find all these pieces together…AND THEIR OPEN ON MONDAYSSSSS. Great job yall. I’ll post an after pic. You’ll see how thin my hair is but they made it look much more fuller than normal. I love it"
"Don't say u take in walk-ins and then make the new to b client wait over 30 mins for someone to get back from stepping out. Also don't assume the person in the waiting area doesn't speak/understand another laungage. I waited over 30 mins was told the person is on her way back and would b there soon. That is not how u gain new clients. Very disappointed"
"DON’T RECOMMEND. I’m not exactly sure how this place has such a high rating. This is my second time here and the first time I came to get color applied on my hair on my roots. The girl who applied it was a mess, she was just brushing the color on all over the place! Not in any way I’ve ever had my color applied, but I hoped for the best. Sure enough, when I got home I looked like a leopard with brown/black spots. She had missed a bunch of areas. So I said never again. I ended up caving and am here a second time, I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. So this time I am coming in for just rollers and a blow dry. Wash was good. The girl who is putting my rollers on is clearly inexperienced it took her 30 minutes to put rollers on my hair. I timed it. 30 minutes?! It’s just crazy to me, it seems like this is a family owned business and they just have family members who have no training to work and do things they have no experience doing. True test, let’s see how they blow dry my hair. I pray who ever does has experience doing hair. We’ll soon see. Either way, I won’t come here any more,2 visits, the second one not even done yet and I know I won’t come back."
