"Worst experience ever. This is what I left with. As I was getting my nails done I was sitting here having a conversation with the lady and then the lady started talking to somebody else, and the girl started repeating what I was saying in a different language, so I turned around and I said, does she speak English and she goes no she don’t, I said OK thank you and the lady that was doing my nails was straight up. I’m not doing her nails and then said is there a problem I was like no I just sat here and had a conversation and realize and she don’t speak English meaning, I would have to talk to you to relay to her. so please somebody tell me where the problem was besides, their customer service find a better nail salon or expect not to speak to anybody or get your nails the way you want them because they do not understand you here’s proof"

"Here’s my eyebrows lol.. I didn’t even want her to fix my eyebrows because I was terrified she was going to make them even worst than she already did and it seemed pointless after her not getting my toes right/me having to switch the style in the middle of her doing them …also one toe nail is way longer than the other so I came home and filed it down myself bc she just wasn’t getting it ..the tech must’ve been new idk . first time not tipping a nail tech in years ..would never go back. The inside is nice though and the techs are too just feel like I wasted my money. Response to owner: She cut my toes down uneven so what are you talking about? Pedicure or not she literally cut my toes uneven lmao. And the brows are ugly and not done …since we’re talking about obvious, the way my brows are not done is what’s obvious! If my brows are uneven they should’ve been fixed or she should’ve said she doesn’t know how to do them I get my brows done all the time lol.. also you bring up recordings for what? I’m not taking you to court relax babes"

"These ladies all do great work they are highly skilled in their craft. Anna, Darlyn, Adriana, Andrea ( I know I’m missing one) are all amazing! get the gel-x and finally stopped having my nails come off like they did with acrylics. My hands aren’t very dainty normally but when I leave there they are! My mom and aunt love their work too! Great crew!"

"Diamond Nails was such a nice environment with really friendly staff. Even though it felt like I was the only one in the room speaking English, I loved the service performed. The prices were a little higher than what I expected, but my nails looked 10x better after the cleanup & shaping, and that was BEFORE the gel polish. I felt very comfortable in the salon and appreciated by staff as a customer. So happy to have found my go-to nail salon in Tampa!!!"
