"I called them to repair my pool heater. Even though I explained to them the problem, which is simple for a qualified person to fix, when they came out, they said they don’t do pool heater repair because it is too difficult, and can only do replacements. Total waste of time. The fact that they have now updated their google profile to correct this mis-information is helpful, but it's also dishonest to say it wasn't on there when I first called them. Also, I very clearly explained over the phone that I needed a repair for my heater. It was a complete bait and switch to then come out and say they could only replace it."
