"Not punctual, he tells one thing and then always makes up different excuses all the time. At one point, he disrespected me because I told him that the pool was a mess. The water was green, and he replied with a loud voice, insulting me with this heavy smell of alcohol on his breath and cursing. Well, to make the story short, I didn't have any other solution than to lose my money to avoid potential issues with my pool and called another pool company which they were surprised by what these men's were doing breaking other pipes. Horrible experience."
