"My tree died within a few days after delivery. I followed all the care instructions and it did not work. It was an expensive plant of $700. When I asked them to send either a new tree or refund me back, they just denied. I emailed several times and they did not care. Waste of money! Irresponsible customer care service! Please be careful before buying."

"My wife and I were planning a landscaping project for our back yard. We wanted to plant a screen of Brodie Junipers (Eastern Red Cedars). Locally we had few options so we considered ordering from an online nursery. We found Eureka which had positive reviews and competitive prices. Nevertheless, this was the first time I've ever ordered a plant, bush or tree from a nursery online, so we were certainly skeptical. Furthermore, we were ordering 10 (ended up being 12) trees, so for us this was a fairly large investment. From beginning to end our experience with Eureka far exceeded our expectations and was positive in every aspect. We had questions and concerns before our order and after the delivery, all which were answered promptly, professionally and knowledgeably. I spoke to Pierre and corresponded by email with others and all were incredibly helpful. Delivery was impossibly fast. The trees were impeccably packed and arrived in beautiful condition. All skepticism was displaced certainty that we made the right decision by going with Eureka. We will not hesitate to order from them again and highly recommend their nursery. In the picture you will see other bushes (Hollies) and two other Brodies we did not buy from them (on the ends and about 7ft tall). The trees we purchased are all between the taller trees."

"OMG!!!! We had the best time in Eureka Farms!! Frank was the best, I cannot say that enough. They had an event called Free Arbor Day and Frank was so kind to give us a free plant. He had so much patience in explaining everything to us and how to take care our plants and the prices cannot be beat!! Please trust me and go visit them you won’t regret it. There are so many plants, it feels like you’re in plant heaven!! Honestly hands down the best experience!!!"
