"I normally don't write reviews but feel I must in this situation. John and New FL pool was one of the worst experiences of my life. John is not a pool builder. He is a slick salesman the only time you will hear from him after you sign the agreement is when he wants paid. We have issues with drainage, old pumps, tile, stucco damage and the finish of the pool is horrible. I am assuming that most of the positive review he has are friends and family. I can provide you a list of literally every homeowner in our development (Wild Blue) that used John and they are all equally unhappy. There are a lot of good contractors out there. Save yourself the stress and grief...don't use New FL Pools. And don't be fooled by the lower price...you get what you pay for. John is going to respond that we didn't pay so that's why our pool isn't done right. Don't believe it. Feel free to reach out to me if you want more information."
