"I haven’t been to a SuperCuts in probably 15 years give to take some. The moment I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Annette. She informed me that there was a bit of a wait and to sign in and they would call me when they had someone available or I could wait in their lobby. When it was my time she called me over to do a consult, mind you I really had no idea what I want to do with my hair I just know I wanted to color change and to try to get rid of my grays or blend them. She listened to me and made amazing suggestions, she even consulted with her team members. They all 3 worked as a team to come up with a great option for what I wanted !! I was super impressed. And that was very tentative communicating along the way she was also very sweet and very kind. She did an amazing job and I am very happy with the outcome."
