"I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND INTO H2O POOLS!!! It has been 2 years since my contract was signed with IntoH2OPools with no end in sight. I tried to work with Chris to complete the work on my pool during this time. There were delays during every step of the construction. There was always an excuse. Out of frustration due to lack of action and response, I posted reviews documenting the experience which I’ve attached. I did get a response but Chris has refused to address the issues unless I remove the reviews. He claims I’m damaging his business but the reality is that he is - by refusing to complete the work. I have complied with the contract and at each step of construction I paid the invoice. Chris promised that the items that I brought up would be cared for before the job was complete. Unfortunately I believed him. There are ongoing issues with the pavers, drain, overflow, stucco damage, blue finish material splattered on the gray pavers, fence damage, lack of alarms, and screen enclosure. I cleaned up the debris that his subcontractors left including a tarp, irrigation pipes that were removed during excavation, pieces of glass and finish material. I’ve attached recent email communications and photos for reference. I would highly recommend that you use another pool contractor. Most recently Chris scheduled an inspection of the pool enclosure without advising me. It failed. He did send someone out but there are still issues. All done with no contact from Chris or responses to my emails this week. This is jus another typical example of Into H2O Pools customer service."

We built during end of Covid and they were honest and upfront the entire time. If any issues came up they were first to let us know and give updated info. Even now as we finish they make themselves readily available and are doing a great job in showing us pool care. They spent an afternoon working with my husband and I to show us how to care for our dream pool. They even had a blast with our kids and let them enjoy the pool fill up!
