"My daughters just came back from the loop 115.00 dollars later I don’t know how they can look at a minor and expect them to pay . yes I paid as the parent but I didn’t expect a full set 35.00 nails to jump to 115.00 I call and yelled at Chris who was patient in listening to me yell he also offered 15.00 dollars off a next visit but why would I go back when they are basically price gouging their clients also my daughters said they were not quoted price with the design etc how much more this was going to be I am currently waiting for a call from their manager Annie I think it’s already 5.35 pm Sunday oct 1st I don’t think it’s going to happen the call back I mean spoke to another nail tech who said it’s about 80.00 for this set or at least she would have charged. Hope fully this post reaches another parent who sends their daughter to get nails done maybe it will save someone from having to go through so I got the call back and Annie was the lady that did the nails and called me she saying she quoted the price offered me the 15.00 back but after dealing with this I don’t want the cash back I just wants parents beware of this business I saw your response and you’re saying the miscommunication was at home but I assure you it’s was with you. You apologized on the phone for this and now to save your self in the review you place the blame on the minor and adult daughter who accompanied my minor I end this here it’s done and I won’t be returning to your place of business just as I said before hope someone reads this and doesn’t go through the same issue ."

"If I didn't have to pick any stars to leave a view, I wouldn't. This place is no good to get your nails done at ...It might look nice inside but the people who work there doesn't Communicate with u our do a good job. I had gotta my nails done with them on July 16th for my birthday the lady who was doing my nails never spooked to me she seem like she had a Lil attitude when I asked her to shape up my nails she Messed up my toes and the nail polish didn't last that long I had it only on for just a day and it just came off payed 55 dollars for my nails to be done and it didn't even last a day smfh I will never go back there ever again Worst experience I very had at a nail shop and she even made my big toe bleed"

"Nail salon is nicely designed . I signed in and it was fairly quick to get serviced. In a prime location next to shops and restaurants. Which explains pricing. 25$ just for a gel nail color change. While Nearby salons are competitively priced at $20... $25 for a reg pedicure. hmm.. I tried braking the ice with small casual conversation with my pedicurist and tried to be nice. my first complement wasn’t necessarily reciprocated well. Water is complimentary. Receptionist was nice. It’s clean and they really take their time when doing your nails. Probably will try other salons still. It’s hard to really find a homey one. Also it was just way too warm in there and no air circulation. Too stuffy for my liking in that sense"
