He come out the very next day to find the problem and got us back up and running. He also gave me tips on using all the important app options to adjust the pool heats as the weather changes. "The Colonial team has a wealth of pool knowledge and experience. They were the only company willing to tackle a difficult problem we had installing safety rails by drilling through existing tiles. Manager Jack and Will continue to give us sound advice and service. They successfully switched use from chlorine to salt, installed a new filter, and discovered a pump problem. "My husband and I shopped around for a pool company to remodel our 30-year-old pool. We wanted the pool completed by the time our family came in to visit. We needed new tiles, deck, coping, interior pool finish redone, lighting, equipment, and a new look. Jack not only had the pool ready a week early! Jack was also very responsive and answered our questions, even ones we forgot to ask. For example, he explained why the lighting should be on one side of the pool instead of both. In addition, Jack was personally at the job site on many occasions to ensure the crew was doing precisely what we planned. As a result, the team was fast and professional and cleaned the work area daily until they finished. As a result, we have a pool that looks like a model home, and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Colonial Pools for anyone who wants their pool remodeled. If we could give them 100 stars, we would. They are simply the best! I posted pictures of the travertine we chose "Country Classic", in case anyone wants to see what it looks like installed. Also, a picture of the tanning ledge we had put in.
