"Where do I begin? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Nothing in their motto is true. Their services stink. Our pavers are sinking, they don't water jet, our pool coping are coming off, they did not install pavers the way others do, Coastal Pools and More cuts corners. Nothing what they claim in the motto is not true, at least for us. It was one of the worst experiences working with them and their contractors. David just wanted to get rid of us as his clients because he was caught in a couple of lies. Larry is no prize either. There is no team work in that office. If David is your Project Manager, you can forget Larry helping out or the other way around. Now I have a leak in the jets of the spa and I know after dealing with Coastal Pools and More, they won't care. I rather have someone else touch the screw ups Coastal Pools have done, then give them the opportunity to touch anything here. I am very happy with my pool and spa, but it came with lies, aches and pain. I had paving companies come and fix Coastal's screw ups. One even told me that he used to work as a sub for them and quit because he wasn't allowed to water jet and settle the dirt before paving. David stated to me that he visits his construction site as his subs work. NEVER, DID I SEE DAVID OR ANYONE FROM HIS OFFICE OVERLOOK THEIR SUBS WORK, NOT EVEN FOR 5 MINUTES. I should have used someone else, maybe I wouldn't have these problems. The only person that truly helped us was Jacob. Poor guy. They don't even deserve him. He would relay messages to David or Larry and none will call back. Well, if you do decide to to with them, GOOD LUCK. If you would have visited the site you would have noticed all the errors your subs did to include putting in the wrong pavers around the pool. I caught all the errors as I was living in the house and never saw you. 4 times? like you said you lost money on this deal, and we were able to tell because of your lack of interest in the project. G and Z Pavers were the ones that said they quit because they were not to water jet. While other pool companies were still active you guys were full of excuses. Like I said I have a wonderful pool, but it came with unnecessary stress."

"We signed in April of 2022; completed in April of 2023. Communication on scheduling could have been better. The only major issue we had was with screen company & the screen people Coastal uses gets 5star reviews. The issue was a bad crew; the screen company & Coastal worked together to correct. We’ve been in our pool since January. We love it; have not had any major issues. We were worried about overflow & Cody came out reviewed all with us; dug area around overflow out to let water have a place to go ( we had added shell mulch & guess it interfered with flow a bit). So far our pavers have held up, beautifully & the pool is beautiful ; works properly & no issues. Larry, David & Jacob answered all questions we had during process (sometimes slow to get back to us but did get to us within a few days.) overall we are happy with the service & result."

"We signed a contract May 12, 2022 & was required to give them 10% down which we did. We were told that they would start in 8 weeks & the pool would be complete in 7-8 months. Even with the survey delays & the hurricane our pool should be more than halfway done. They haven’t ‘t even started. They do not answer their phones or emails.We have family coming in May & thought this would be a nice surprise. Not surprised. If I could give them a zero I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Our realtor told us to use Coast to Coast Pools not Coastal Pools. I should have done my homework!! Phyllis Sim"

"Had an employee come give us a quote on a new pool. Quoted it at $65k.. that was with the cage and composite roof. Then we ask for no cage and he says the cage and footers cost around $17k.. and then emailed quote we then got was $61k!! Then told oh and we can’t find composite roofs. When questioned about the horrible pricing they said oh it’s just a ballpark! So had we decided for the cage our actual quote should have been like $80 then. They are rude as hell on the phone and couldn’t understand why I was upset about such a HUGE price difference. $20k difference isn’t a ballpark quote!! DO BETTER"
