"Aquascapes finished construction on our pool about 5 months ago and we couldn’t be happier with their level of work and service. We received quotes from about 5 different pool companies and we felt Aquascapes was the most honest about their prices and timeline and the most fairly priced (not the cheapest, and definitely not the most expensive). Many of the lower priced quotes we got were from companies that did not have an online presence so we didn’t feel comfortable spending tens of thousands of dollars with a company that we couldn’t get a hold of in case anything were to go wrong. They also did not try to up-sell us on any upgrades that we didn’t want, unlike some of the larger companies we spoke to. Halfway through our construction, hurricane Ian hit, and even then Aquascapes was able to finish the pool ahead of schedule. Derek and Lynn have been fantastic and so helpful. I have recommended them to many friends and family who are building in the area, and I would recommend them to anyone here. Thank you, Aquascapes!"

"It's so unfortunate that we have to write this bad review as we have tried and tried to avoid it. We hired Aquascapes on 9/1/21 to build a pool for us. We were promised that even though most companies are taking up to a year to build pools in the area, that they would do it in less than 6 months. The salesman (who conveniently left the company after we signed the contract) said that it would absolutely be done by March 1st 2022. Here we are June 23rd, 2022 and we have a HUGE punch list that no one seems to care about. Despite countless conversations with the owner Bob, we cannot get them to fix the shoddy work that they did on this pool. They admit it's not a good end product but won't fix it. We will be filing a complaint with the Charlotte County Construction Services Division, reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and making sure that everyone in the area knows that this company cannot be trusted to deliver an appropriate product that is worth what you pay for it. Bob, the owner of Aquascapes, is very concerned about the $4050.00 we still owe him for the pool and can't quite understand how he is not getting one more penny from us until he finishes this over-priced and subpar pool! Do yourself a favor, find another company, preferably one that will not sub-contract out the work but instead do it themselves. The people that this company use are TERRIBLE!! You've been warned!"

"Bob and his team are fantastic to work with. This is the third pool we have built and the first one with Aquascapes. Our experience this time around was a thing of perfection. We had no issues with the first two pools we built but the experience with Aquascapes was head and shoulders the best by far. The design they came up with was unique for our property, looks fantastic and gets rave reviews from anyone who sees it. I recommend them HIGHLY!!!"

"Two years ago, we shopped a pool contractor for a large pool 32 X 51 ft pool construction. After months of debating we selected Aquascapes. Bob and his team spent weeks in design with us, from fire and water feature, to salt and chlorine decisions, they were excellent guiding use thru the options. Our construction was a large project, it took about 8-10 months (pool, decking, solar, gas installation, kitchen, landscaping), and Aquascapes and Bob oversaw the full project management. We always knew what was happening, when different teams (gardening, tile installers, concrete installers, equipment installers, heavy equipment diggers) were arriving and how long they would be there. Bob was onsite and inspecting every step, making adjustments that only his experienced eye would see. Almost 2 years from our first meeting, and a year post construction, I can say we are VERY happy with our decision to choose Aquascapes as our partners. From the startup of the pool, to the ongoing warrantee and service they have always been there for our calls, the service has been immediate, and the relationship has grown into family. The differentiators: When choosing a vendor, we found all vendors to be good with design options. Aquascapes did have more experience in fire and water features. They had more references on large pools. They owned the "whole project"., we did not have multiple project leaders. Critical Differentiator: When we did heavy referencing, we found MANY contractors had poor warrantee or warrantee service. Get References on post installation services. When choosing a contractor put evaluation weight on this. Anyone can build a pool, make sure your pool has post install support. This referencing is where key decisions were made, Aquascapes really stood out, and I can say we are thrilled two years later with this decision. Thank you Bob."

"I originally retained Aquascapes to inspect the pool at the house in Englewood as part of the purchase and they reported it was in very good condition. Since they seemed knowledgeable they were also retained to do the weekly pool service as I had no experience with pool maintenance as I had never had a pool in Minnesota. Initially things seemed to be OK but the technician was in-and-out quickly. Then the pool started to have noticeable stains. I took a sample to well respected local pool supply company for an independent evaluation. Their chemical analysis of the water showed a pool that was, to put it nicely, a mess. My subsequent correspondence with Aquascapes was interesting but they will not reimburse for any of the damage done to our pool which required a total replaster to repair."
