"I was shopping for a customer and had no idea the place was closing soon. One lady there was nice she was at least trying to help me out even though a customer just finish treating her horribly and the other lady was yelling at me at the top of her lungs “we’re closing soon!” “I have to lock the door!” “hurry!”, “there’s people in the parking lot!” they didn’t have anything in stock that the customer requested, the lady that was yelling could careless that I was just there trying to make some money to eat. I would have given one star but the other lady was so nice to me. I ended up crying in the car because I was forced to cancel the order and was overwhelmed from all the scrambling and yelling this lady did at me. Hopefully someone from corporate sees this and offers some kind of training on situations like this."
