"We had been planning for a year and used a local company that became absolutely ridiculous and 5 different contract they sent with 5 different estimates.Then wanted to charge me an extra 250 dollars to pick up chair at 10pm. I chose to fire them. Called Family First and they were able to get me the Queen chair for the day . Dropped off and picked up on time no worries and very professional friendly. One contract one price and the chair fit her dress! Highly recommend them ."

"I ordered the foam maker for my daughter’s birthday with Family First Events. They were very fast with communication and pricing. They contacted me before the set date and sent out an informative email that helped me prepare. The day of the party ended up being cold and rainy (go figure) and Brittany even offered to reschedule for us. We decided to move forward with the party and ended up doing the foam on our lanai. The kids had the most amazing time! The girl who set up the foam blower was polite and knowledgeable. She explained how to use the machine and how to turn it on and off. She also left extra bags of the foam soap in the event we ran out. Not only is my lanai sparkling clean, but it still smells amazing too. I highly recommend Family First Events and plan on using them again in the near future!"

"I hosted a baby shower for my sister Jan 2024, Family First Events & Rental came in to save the day! Brittany and the staff were very attentive, answered all my questions, and showed up on time! The balloon arch and golden Circle ring were the perfect addition, and hit of the baby shower! I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are a hidden gem of specialty balloons and rentals of Fort Myers! So glad I found them!! Will use again!"
