When we discovered an issue with the plumbing after speaking with Jonathan Mosher, we decided to close the pool down and get the repair completed. We discovered the pool was going to need a resurface in 2025. Since we had the pool drained for the repair, we decided to have the pool resurfaced. It was a lengthy process, but each and every step, Jonathan either had his job manager available to assist or was here himself. "On January 9, 2023, Signet undertook a resurfacing project at the Royal St. Andrew and as of today, Wednesday, May 10, 2023, our pool is finally open for use. Over the four-month period and throughout the entire 2023 winter season, residents, and guests at the Royal St. Andrew’s 50+ unit community were unable to enjoy a central building amenity: our pool. Although one should always expect construction related delays; it is nonetheless shocking when a 2-week forecasted project requires sixteen excuse filled weeks to finish."

"This review was done in an effort to spark some sense of urgency in Signet to complete our condominium complex pool. The owner has now reached out to me and we have an understanding of each others challenges. As a result I have increased my original rating. The resurfacing project has taken a very long time. I realize that some of the delays have been out of their control, but the communication has been poor which led to the frustration. At least I am more confident that this project will be completed soon. I will update again upon completion of the project."
