"This company had a rotating door of people for our weekly visit the first 5 weeks, as well as showing up on the wrong days. We had a black algae notification, and it took them 3 weeks to address it but it was solved. They could’ve solved it on the next visit but didn’t. Recently we replaced a part for $30 after their recommendation…and the following week they called to have us replace a $150 part. When I questioned the issue, they said let me call you back and we never got a call back. Today they came and said we had a leak on our valve so a manager came over and all he did was tighten a loose part. They left and 1/2 hour later our hot tub was empty. We requested they come back right away, and they did within the hour. I spoke to them and asked them to show me what happened while we awaited the managers return. Instead they did something and the hot tub filled up again, but no explanation. I also requested BO the owner to call me. His team assured me he would call me today, but BO didn’t call."
"Great experience working with this store. Needed a new pump and filter and they came out within a couple days and replaced both systems. The technician, Kyle, was very knowledgeable and professional. He redesigned the piping to accommodate the new pump size. Excellent work!"

He was patient with me and when everything was up and running, he very kindly told me to call back if I had any questions. It isn't the first time that Pinch a Penny on 70 has helped me. They are wonderful."
