"Great equipment, unfortunately horrible staffing is an understatement. My sister getting blatantly discriminated against due to not speaking English fluently is ridiculous. Getting charged a personal training fee of $630 is outrageous, especially when no personal training was ever done or received. How can there possibly be "nothing we can do" after the charge has gone through? How can you run a business and operate it in this manner? Why was there not a translator to make sure everything was being explained properly? Over $900 in fees in services that were cancelled and not used. Was this a situation of her being taken advantage of due to the language barrier? There has to be better measures for situations like this."

"Great gym but bad staffing,I’ve had the worst customer service in this gym the way I was treated was just ridiculous the staff need to get themselves educated in customer management and friendly service I called my local gym Amped fitness and wanted to cancel my membership. Management told me to come in to sign cancellation form, because it couldnt be done over the phone. I did what they told me to do on 9/15/2023. I was on a month to month contract for $19.99. I received an email the next day stating I owe $19.99. When I went in to the gym to sign cancellation form, I was not told I would owe more money. I have gotten notifications this business has been trying to charge my credit card every month. This is potential fraud. I did not have an outstanding balance with Amped when I canceled my membership. I received a collections notice stating I owe $119.96. I plan to dispute this charge of unlawful and unethical practice of fraud taking advantage of consumers like myself. I have all documentation of cancellation and zero balance when I left."

"Sarasota location is a lot better… this one is small & not as thrilling to work out at.. overall at any location wish basketball was 24hrs trying to squeeze in on the small court doesn’t work out well.. equipment options aren’t the same at this location.. staff hours just 9-9 or 9-5… Leaving out the early morning & late night workout crew without amenities.. better off going with the basic membership package if you decide to sign up (which I wouldn’t recommend waiting for my 30days to leave) was excited about this gym disappointed with the overall experience… just a pretty gym with no beneficial benefits especially for those who try to avoid gym rush hours…. Oh last thing you can’t bring guest after “staff hours” .. which in my opinion is ridiculously stupid… if I have guest privileges no matter the time my guest should be allowed.. Going back to my old gym.. should of stayed loyal, less rules & brow raising policies .."

"Save your time money & energy… To start the GUEST POLICY SUCKS! Just like this gym overall.. just aesthetically pleasing … They have a lot of questionable policies but ima keep it simple… what’s the point in being 24hrs if all amenities aren’t available.? Staff hours aren’t reasonable.. you miss out on a lot being a VIP member coming in “after hours” .. Have to jump through hoops to cancel your membership … staff isn’t friendly nor helpful.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND somewhere else especially if you’re looking for a gym that’s 24hrs with majority benefits no matter the time.. Unnecessary rules, policies & ATTITUDES.."

"You can definitely believe all of these reviews to any readers. The gym and equipment itself it absolutely gorgeous and all working very well. Extremely spacious gym with many different functions. However, I’ve never seen anyone at the front desk, and when I’m arriving the doors are always locked and we’re “sneaking” in to the side door. I come between 7-8am, you would think someone would be at the front, what if I needed a beverage or had a question? Crunch has amazing customer service but the gym itself needs work. I guess there is no such thing as perfection, pick what you care about more."
