"Zero stars if possible. We were relying on pinch a penny being an honest, reliable business. That was too much to ask. Used them to repair and replace parts on our pool pump. In the two years since we’ve owned the house they have talked us into replacing the pump motor and other pricey components. Each time their solutions grew more and more expensive. This last time we were convinced to replace entire motor because it was kind of loud and was dripping water between the motor and the rest of the pump. They said this would solve all our problems this time. It was EXPENSIVE, but we figured if it solved the loud pump problem and dripping it was worth it. Thousands of dollars later, guess what is still leaking AND LOUD. You guessed it, the pump. We called several times to try and get them to come out and fix it (supposed to have a year warranty). They have refused! Told us that we should have replaced a “seal” when installing the new pump motor. THEY REPLACED THE PUMP MOTOR and supposedly the seal when they installed it, and assured us they used all new parts. Now we have a very loud, very useless “new” pump which I’m not convinced was even new to begin with (the paint is peeling off in big sections like it was spray painted to look new). STAY AWAY."

"What a pleasant experience. The owners are hands on, knowledgeable and super pleasant. This was my first time here and will most likely be my regular pool supply store. Store is nicely setup, organized and clean."
