"DO NOT TRUST! Every quote has been at least DOUBLE, with some up to TRIPLE, the cost of reputable competitors. One quote had a $5,500 quote for the 45-90 minute install of a $1,500 upgrade part. Another quote was for $700+ to replace less than $100 in valves, which took around 45min, and they used CHEAP OFF-BRAND PARTS. I got this done for less than half. Shady. DO NOT USE."

"I had originally called out for service on my spa heater. While here the tech looked at my pump that was leaking. Said would be out the next work day. The next day came out and said needed another part, so we waited another week. We called last week and was told that the one girl in the office that handles warranties is not there, so another week has passed. Were told it would take 2-3 weeks at least to get the repair done. SO, my pool will NOT have filtration or any way to clean it for 5-6 weeks. It worked before with a leak just fine, but now- nothing!!! Note: It is now another month has passed with NO FILTRATION whatsoever. How long should it take for a business to figure it out? Your advertising prides itself on QUALITY?"
