"I understand with the pandemic, companies are not operating at full tilt. There are many problems and difficulties and again I understand. With that being said, I ordered a pool more than 3 weeks ago online and my money was taken with no problems. We checked to see it's status and called because it just kept saying it was being processed. When I spoke to someone they were short with me as if I was bothering them. Finally today no one could give me an answer as to why my pool was still being processed with what seemed to be no reason. I was frustrated but I remained calm but it seems he didn't want to bother with me so he just said " here I'll just cancel your order" what good company does that?
