"We started off good. The salesman, Mark Wiles, was great and explained things very well. The resurfacing went great and looks wonderful. Then it went downhill. We tried to use our heated pool spa and it would not heat up. Found out the actuator valve had been damaged. Also they came out and put 8 bags of salt in to start then a week later came out and added 8 more bags of salt which without testing the water and this made the pool too salty so we are having to drain some of the pool and put in new actuator valves. When I called the company, they took no responsibility."

"As an update to the below, received your response from the "owner" which is your standard response to other complaints (it's all there in black and white) to contact Margarita at 407..... Guess what, that was done 2 days ago and no call back! Imagine that. Secondly, why is it our responsibility to contact you yet again if Customer Service is your #1 priority. Think about it and all the unanswered emails we have sent you. Most horrible company we have ever dealt with. A one star is being way too generous. If you want a company that is sloppy, unethical, does not stand behind their work, does not return phone calls or respond to emails this is the company for you. We contracted with them in April '23 to refinish or pool and fix the leak(s). As of today, 12/7/23, the work is still not done. The pool still leaks and we are adding water to it at least 4 times a week. Someone came out to look for a leak again before thanksgiving and said they would return in a day or two. They haven't returned and our pool light is still floating in the pool. I have emailed them about this, and guess what, no response other than I forwarded your email to Jim. I believe Jim doesn't exist as Jim is never heard from. With all or concerns regarding the wrong color finish being applied, the leak, the spillway from the spa to the pool being a total disaster and unacceptable, you would think someone in authority would come out to physically see the problems and see how this situation can be corrected. I guess that is why they demand 95% of the $$$ for the job before it is completed. Also the original quote from the salesman came in $1900 LESS than what we ended up paying. Once the pool finish was being removed and ground/chipped off, they "found" that it had to be totally re-plastered to the tune of $2200 but they were going discount it to $1900 for us. Granted, it did need to be done, however, us not knowing anything about pools and the salesman claims to have been in the business for over 20 years, should have known that the chances were pretty good that that additional work would need to be done to our pool considering that it was 22 years old. He obviously wanted us to sign the contract and when the pool was dug up we had no other choice. He was probably worried if he had quoted us higher we might not have contracted with them. To make a long story short, we had to have our pool deck repainted because of all the staining from their sloppy workmanship caused. They did attempt to pressure wash it but that did nothing. The pool had to be emptied and refilled because they said it needed to be acid washed to get the color we contracted for. Color (pebble sheen) is still wrong and not only the wrong color but unevenly spread. Hate to say it, but the pool is worse now than it was before we had the work done. Their workers come anytime and unannounced. They can't even give the courtesy of ringing the door bell announcing their arrival. There is never a supervisor that comes while the work is being done to ask any questions. Nothing against the crew, but most are unable to answer any questions. Occasionally you may get an email from them that someone will arrive the next day but you never know when. Cannot say one positive thing about All Phase Pool Remodeling which is very sad."
