"I purchased the passes for my Son and Daughter and have been very Pleased. It’s wonderful that I can bring my 15-year-old and four year-old to the same place and see them have so much fun. We’ve enjoyed bringing guests and last Saturday got together with some family and they also purchased passes for their children. The customer service is exceptional and the young men and women that work there are very Patient and knowledgeable. Kiki, Sia, Daniel and another tall curly haired gentlemen have been welcoming and there kindness and professionalism really stood out to me. I will definitely be bringing my children very often and recommending more friends and family."
"Altitudes is one of the best trampoline parks that I've seen. They have great deals on monthly memberships where you can come and jump for 2 hours on any day of the week. On top of that you get discounts when you bring up to 2 friends into the park. For the active parents it only costs $3 to jump if you want to join your kids. We recently had a birthday party here and the package was one of the best if you are looking to entertain children from ages 6 to 16. If you have younger ones there's plenty for the little siblings to do as well. They have a whole dedicated area just for children under 48 in tall, think McDonald's play area but three times better. If you're just visiting from out of town it's still a good place to come. Just be aware that you have to have their socks, altitude socks, in order to play here. The socks are good quality and not expensive. You can save them and bring them back with you if you plan on returning multiple times. Personally I have a membership for two of my kids even though one of them doesn't come but maybe 4 or 5 times a year. It's still worth it in the end because of individual costs. Altitudes also have specials to where you can get 12 months for $99. Basically you're saving 20 bucks because the normal membership is $10 a month. With that membership you get to come and jump for 2 hours any day of the week that they're open with no blackouts or restrictions. (At least none that I have encountered). This place was a lifesaver for me during the Christmas break from school. Last but not least I have to mention the staff and how helpful they are. SANDRA and KIKI, who work up at the front desk, are always attentive and take care of any needs that we have if they arise. Like most places they rotate around but if you have them for a birthday party then you will be well taken care of. Bottom line, if you're in town for the BIG theme parks, just visiting family, or just taking your family out for a nice evening within the Sanford area, this is the place to go to get away from all the madness. You can sit down in one of their great massage chairs and let your kids exert all their energy so that they fall asleep on the drive back to the house (or other if coming from out of town.) 4.5 stars out of 5. I would score it higher if they had some adult drinks for the parents or if they had more options for food, but at the same time not having those adult drinks is what makes this place amazing for families and for someone looking for a fun safe place for their kids to release all of that pent up energy. THANK YOU ALTITUDES!!!!"
"Great indoor jump place. We came as buddy passes of members and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and my children, ages 6 and 4, had a blast as little sister, 4 months was attached to me. The mini toddler trampoline area and climbing gym was great for my littles. The main jump area had so many great action games that my kids had smiles the whole time. The AC was great and they even had lockers. We purchased socks, candy, and ice cream. We visited around 12pm on Sunday and it was relatively busy. The only improvement I'd suggest is for staff to help parents ensure little ones don't wander away from the play areas to the games and candy area. I didn't notice staff at the entrances of the play areas but they were all over keeping the place clean. My concern was that my kids would walk out and wander and lose me but that did not happen, as we had several adults to help me supervise my kids. We would return again at a less busy time."
"Pricy! $50+ for a 2, 4 yr old and 1 parent. We did not pay for parents to jump bc it would have been over $80 for 3 jumpers. We don’t go here enough to be members. Everything was very clean and friendly staff! This is why we are giving 5 Stars. Staff is great!"
"Highly encourage off peak time if you have lil ones. We try to get there during the week during school hours or on weekend from 10-noon. This allows the lil one to have more free rein of the facility. I do think they should consider instituting a age limitation during certain times of day, as there were grown jumpers doing very very athletic jumps while the lil ones are just trying to find their jump way. Perhaps an adult jump."
