"Let me just say aside this store having all your party needs for almost any occasion especially Halloween or if you wanna a themed dress up party! The staff are great, friendly and amazing especially the Store Manager Ilene who helped me was so understanding, nice,positive and cheerful we need more Store managers like her!!! She knew where I was coming from and was able to understand my situation, im so grateful to her!! And to the staff that she has!! I'll definitely be back for my pets 1st Halloween, Christmas and birthday!!! PARTY CITY IS A PARTY ALL YEAR LONG FOR WHATEVER YOU NEED!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I WAS THE LIFE OF THE PARTY!!!"

"I want to thank Party City for making this delivery extra special for my friend. The delivery person was so sweet to send me a message saying how sorry they were that my best friend had to spend her birthday in the hospital. I responded to the person asking them to let her know that I sent them and that I love her. The driver was not allowed into but hand wrote a note for my friend to know. The driver sent me pictures of the note and the balloons I purchased which were beautiful. Thank you again unknown driver. You’re special and keep doing what you do. You make a difference during a difficult time."
