"They performed a pump replacement for me and while the technical performance was great, good installation, on time and professional, the office staff was not overly helpful. Sent me an invoice to register the product without telling me beforehand this was an issue to get the warranty from the manufacturer. Information on the invoice was incorrect and I had to solve the problem for them. Very difficult to contact as they didn’t pick up the phone after multiple calls. Good technical service but overall average experience."

"Pilot Pool service came to our pool to fix a leak when no one else would come! They are amazing at finding leaks, fixing leaks and acid washed our marcite....our 30 year old pool has never looked better!! Will use them again and Have used them multiple times and are always satisfied with their work and competence!! My three grandchildren are so very thrilled to be able to swim again in Mimi and Papa's pool!!! Thank You Pilot Pool Service!!!!"

"They are the best ! Pilot Pool has been taking care of our pool for many years. They are totally reliable. Whenever they see that something might have to be replaced, such as a part of a pool cleaner, or filters in the pump, they call - and explain the situation and give us their recommendation. They are happy to buy the part that has to be replaced, or let us do it. Either way, they will install the replacement part. They have never charged for doing this. I give them my highest recommendation."

"After having gone through 3 other pool service company's, I finally found Pilot Pools and I couldn't be more satisfied. I have been with them for about a year now and service has always been top notch. What I appreciate the most or just above the top notch service, is that if I am not home (running errands, out of town, etc.) and there is an issue they call you. That's right there is a problem, you are not available, the pool techs contact the office and they contact you. That being said, you know your pool is always taken care of for you. They may be a tad higher in price (I do not have a caged pool) it has been worth the extra few dollars that is paid to them for the quality service. Thanks Pilot Pools!"

"If I could give them 10 star review I would!! Pilot pools saved the day for my sons graduation pool party. The cover for the pump rusted and they came out straight away and fixed it. Fees are so reasonable and the work was excellent! Highly recommend"
