"Ever Floridian knows Publix is the premier grocery chain in our great state. Every location has the best of the best. Food, produce, selection, BOGO offers, and Customer Service. However, once in awhile there is an experience that shines & remains in your mind as EPIC. That is this location and that management professional is Mike. This gentleman provided me a pleasant, easy chat, resulting in a perfectly budgeted order. I was provided every option available not only for product selection but for serving sizes to maximize the products! When was the last time that happened? "I love Publix. However, this location just does not seem to have the employee schedules evenly planned. I go there morning, noon, night, and off-hours, and the wait is long for cashiers, deli, and bakery. I have been recently 3 times to purchase chicken tenders (I'm addicted to those things, LOL), and they have not had any. I've had to ask if they are going to make any, and I've left without them. The last time which was Sunday, there were none and I asked if they planned to make some and the guy asked one of the ladies and she said she wasn't aware they needed any and they looked at me and I just left. Business is business. Nothing personal, but the staff is lacking urgency, attentiveness, and professional dialogue. Cashiers are few and far between when there are 3 and 4 deep in the maybe 3 aisles to stand in. Why do we not have all lanes open and orders processing, with a smooth flow? Management, step up your game. I've gone to Golden Acres Publix, where it is more pleasant to shop with the smiles, greetings, and plenty of food to buy and cashiers waiting to say, "Come on down, my lane I'm open!""

"We had a young man who was in a huge rush. He put so much toppings that by the time we got home. We live 5 minutes away. Our bread was mush. And he actually told me he was doing that for him, definitely not for me. When I told him he didn't have to put the spinach under all the other toppings. He was not a very good people person. I'm not sure if it was that he just had something going on or not. But it was nit a good visit."
