"National Pools recently finished a pool for us. They were great to work with. And they were always willing to listen and explain any and all aspects of the job. Very accommodating. All the guys on the job were courteous, friendly and never left any messes around. At the end of the job Moe came out and inspected and talked with us about everything, he is truly a very nice guy and he wants you to be totally happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend National Pools! The pool is beautiful!!"

The owner of the company met with us at our home to go over the layout options and gave us super helpful tips, unlike other companies we contacted who were going to have us pay extra for various requests. Building a pool during the pandemic, when supplies are limited and prices are high, we knew that this project could have become a nightmare, but we are happy to report that construction has progressed steadily and we are weeks away from our completion date! "This company has no regard for myself (the neighbor) of the customer having the pool installed. The workers have been and continue to be all over my property. My property is torn up from all of the equipment being used. Not once has anyone come to apologize or let me know that my property will be fixed or even asked permission to be on my property. Also, I work from home and now my internet/cable company has to come out to fix my lines due to all of the destruction of my property. This is unacceptable and unprofessional."

"We've decided on building the pool at the beginning of 2013. We've got a quote from 7 different companies and had several of them on site. Our house is in already established development, each back yard is fenced, a lot of trees around, access is tricky. We were looking for the company to do everything, starting with the excavation and finishing with sod ready backyard. We've signed contract with National at the beginning of March, the work started at the beginning of April and we were swimming in our pool the first week of June. Everything was on schedule. The weather was very cooperating and there was no delays. As usually with this kind of project once everything started we've changed a thing here and there, extended deck and screen etc. Moe from National was extremely helpful. He answered every email the same day, reviewed every single change, got the new quote within days. There were a couple of sub-contractors but he was organizing everything perfectly. Of course there were issues, the chlorinator started leaking and needed to be replaced, the pump died the first day it run etc but they replaced everything within a day. All permits has been completed and all inspections passed (again everything organized by Moe team). Now it's almost 6 months after the project was completed. The swimming season is over but everything works and looks perfectly. Couldn't been happier. For any pool project I highly recommend National Pools of Pasco."
