"Seems like they keep trying to invent ways to upcharge my lashes. They did not have an appointment available for my two week refill, so I had to go 3 days later and they charged me for a 3 week refill. It also was high volume, which I did not want, I want natural. I let it go because it was 10$ more. This time I went in and showed a picture of the natural wispy lashes I wanted to avoid getting voluminous, ghetto looking lashes because Marcella doesn’t speak English. They put high volume lashes on me that I hate because I look like an ostrich and charged me extra even though it’s not what I wanted. I hate the way I look and hate that I had to pay 79$ for something I didn’t ask for. For reference, the first picture is what I showed her and the second picture is what I got. I feel like they are trying to cheat me out of my money so I will be going elsewhere."

"Went in last week to get an eyebrows shaping and waxing with Luisa and the service was amazing! Loved how my eyebrows looked! All staff is incredibly lovely! Would 100% recommend!"

"i! love! this! place! this was my first time making an appointment with them as my regular eyelash girl was on vacation and i needed to get a refill asap! i booked for a 2 week eyelash refill but upon my arrival, the young lady at the front desk kindly explained to me how i would need to do a whole new set due to my eyelashes being done elsewhere; they didn’t want anything to happen cause they didn’t know what glue and other products were used at my other place, and it is their policy with all new customers. because i didn’t know and they were so understanding, they didn’t charge me the full price, which is amazing! the tech i had, emilia, is a go to if you go! she was so sweet and patient as i don’t speak the best spanish and the young lady at the front desk had to help me out with communicating as a third party (thanks paulina!). i had the easiest experience during my time there! i definitely will be going back, as soon as my lashes need a refill!"

"I am posting the review to warn others as I can see online this place has good reviews for other services but none of them seems to mention one of the services they offer: lash extensions. My review is solely concerning lash extensions. Do not come here to get eyelash extensions, you will be wasting you money. I normally get my classic lash extensions done by someone else, but they went on vacation and were not available to do my normal 2 week fills. Therefore, I found this place and got a fill done here. I always get classic lashes but when I walked in they first tried to tell me that I have volume lashes, which already a raised reg flag for me as that is completely inaccurate. Then they relented and agreed they were classic. They told me that because I don't get my lashes done there regularly it was like getting a new set but they would be nice and only charge for a 3 week fill (even though my lashes had been done 13 days prior). I thought that sounded like nonsense, but I said okay. The lash tech did not speak english so I had to communicate with her through a third party (the lady that works at the front desk). Despite their website saying that a 2 or 3 week fill takes 1.5 hours (which is normal) the lash lady did my lashes in literally only 35 minutes. WHICH IS INSANELY QUICK FOR EXTENSIONS and not in a good way. She didn't even tape my eyes shut. When she did the first eye and showed me I was literally confused because I thought she had just been removing grown out lashes because of how little time had passed but instead she said she was done with my eye, even though it barely looked fuller than before. Some of the extensions she did add were shorter than I wanted them and didn't really have the shape I wanted, despite me being clear at the beginning about what I wanted and showing a photo. They waited until the end to tell me that they didn't have longer lashes that would match with the ones in my eye. Final result is that my lashes did not look full, they had gaps and the shape/style/length is not of high quality. I genuinely don't understand how if the appointment was supposed to be 1.5 hours and they charged me for a more expensive service, why would the lash tech not use the time I paid for to add more lashes? Also, with such rushed work, it is of concern that this is not good for the health of natural lashes and the lasting ability of the extensions because someone is not taking the time to properly isolate each lash to make sure it doesn't get attached to others and placing the extension at the appropriate distance from the lash line, and is not taking the time to properly prep them by cleaning the lashes and removing lashes that have grown out too much."
