"This place used to be great! Now the service and customer service continues to go down hill while the prices go up. I was waiting to get my eye brows threaded as a walk in as I always have.. there was no other customers waiting, the owner told me the threader would be right with me. Five minutes later another woman walked in and her and the threader proceeded to have a conversation in another language, the owner told her that I was waiting to which the threading woman responded “she can wait” Very sad bc the owner is very nice and has had this business for a long time, I will not be returning."
