"I will never go to this pharmacy again and I'm sure that they don't care and I'll be happy to tell you why. My prescription was sent here on mistake first off, it was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy near me but whatever, that was fine, it was about twenty minutes further of a drive. On my fill date I had to leave work at the only time that I could squeeze in which was when they opened and was told at the window that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I said ok, but that I had no other choice but to have to wait, so I went inside. Now mind you...I wasn't rude,I don't ask for ANY favors... Nothing. So as I'm sitting there I can hear this pharmacist answering phone calls telling people that fills were taking 15 to 30 minutes... He knows I'm waiting but continues to just fill prescriptions for people who weren't even there. He succeeded in making me wait that hour for my prescription but I guess that wasn't good enough satisfaction for him because when he finally gives my medication to the tech and whispers something to her with "a look"I go up to get rang out. At that time he feels it necessary to inform me in front of everyone concerned that "when a prescription is call in to be filled on a certain day that it won't be ready until 10:00 to 10:30" and I get that sometimes we do have to wait, and I am fine with that. Like is said, I didn't ask for any favors. It just really saddens me at the God complex that some pharmacist have adopted, and I don't think that he would have wanted someone to have done his momma that way. But God did see how he treated me and for that I feel really sorry for him. He won't ever have to worry about seeing me again and I hope he is never treated the way he treated me."

"I am new to this pharmacy as my insurance dictate I use it. I’ve been 3 times and always with incident. The last time I was headed to the airport and had to turn around and realize the refilled the wrong meds. Thankfully I noticed and made it by 15 minutes for my flight. No apologies, no explanations. I was prepared to like them as I was told they were family owned, etc. Very disappointed in the cavalier attitude of the person at the window. I have to drive 30 minutes to get there as is. I would suggest going in and not driving through if you are new. Maybe if they “know you” you get the treatment I was told about. If they read this perhaps they can educate in customer service or find the proper fit."
