Whenever at the front desk ask for Carlos he will make you feel like home."
"This is the best gym in Miami! Lots of machines and equipment is up to date. Always clean and the staff is impeccable. Front desk Gerald, Steven, Andrea and Carlos are exceptional and always willing to help. My favorite location is the Downtown Miami location because the culture and energy are unmatched. All members hold each other accountable and are very friendly. Been a member since 2018 and it has always been this way. 10/10"
