"What a terrible service at the front desk. I stopped by to get to know the club and enroll. I did not know i had to book in advance. This lady called Isabella was really unpleasantly to deal with. Demonstrated no flexibility. Cut the conversation, was rude and sent me away. As I looked at the previous reviews to write mine I noticed that this issue has happened several times and management has not made any intervention. If the front desk is like that, I wonder how is inside."
"First and foremost let me say that I’m extremely grateful for the time Sebastian from recovery took to give us a tour of the whole facility. We initially signed up with the front desk who denied us a tour but Sebastian stepped up and went into detail what every section of the gym offers. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the jacuzzi areas inside the locker rooms. We definitely will take advantage of the recovery center (needs to be booked on the app) after an intense workout. Make sure to ask for Sebastian as he’s very knowledgeable and super attentive. Definitely look forward to working out here!"

"Enjoyed the spa today and was greeted by Stephanie who was cheerful and full of information. Erik provided the massage and did an excellent job will be returning! Since my family joined after receiving a great tour by Kylie there has been nothing positive experiences. Kevin and Anna thanks for your patience with my son during his first swim lesson. To Sebastian, Summer and Paula thanks for your kindness during the kids music class visit. Overall the staff that I have encountered from all levels have been very respectful and display great customer service skills! Very much appreciated and enjoying this Lifetime experience!!!"
