"We went here. Cute store but it sounded like front row at KISS concert. We tried to deal with it and find things for our puppy. We couldn’t hear our conversation standing next to each other due to the music so we asked the young girl at counter if she could turn down music. She said ok and turned it down one notch. Still super loud. We kept trying to find things for our puppy and told her if you can’t turn down the music to a lower level, you guys won’t be getting our money. She said loudly we will not talk to her like that even though we just were trying to shop in peace. We left due to frustration because she apparently doesn’t know how to work a volume knob, much less run a store alone. Never asked if we needed help when we walked in either. We left and went and spent $150 at another local place that played no music, had a person running it that helped us find items and gave our puppy a treat. We tried to relay this issue to the owner with a phone call but she didn’t return our call so hence the bad review."

"Very personalized doggy/pet store! Very cute with so many items. Ball caps, treats, dog outfits, bandanas, signs, toys and more. Dog friendly. Bit pricy but it’s fun and has unique items. Would recommend if you’re browsing."
