"Pharmacy lady was super rude, the good rx I was using was saying it should be 16.00 and at other Walgreens it was but here it was 89.00 and she had absolutely no sympathy. I don’t expect her to just change the number but I do expect some sympathy when I’m crying over how I’m not sure how I’ll pay for my much needed medicine."

"The supervisor working at the front of store with cashiers was extremely rude. Her voice actually got shaky for just inquiring about a fedex drop off I had since they’re listed as a fedex drop off location. I was simply inquiring and she was extremely rude. Sure I’m not the first nor the last to state. I had my baby with me or I would’ve gone back in and asked for her name. Dark brown hair, working 11/20 at 2:30 PM"

"I'm switching to Publix after a couple months of wasting about 1 hr for each refill at Walgreens. Walgreens has been making me come in 2 times per month to pick up my monthly prescription because insurance only covers 3/4 of it and they won't sell to me and the insurance company on the same day. This month they said they gave me more than they did and I am out and they are not sympathetic. bye"

"This is the second time i have been at the pharmacy at 9am and it has not opened. It is now 9:08. Still closed! I am deeply upset at the poor timeliness of the people here. I work, my time is valuable. Come on RITEAID, do i have to change pharmacies?"
