"I refuse to base my rating on one ignorant person. I visited this location on Sunday 12/27/23. The female that worked the shift when I was there, between 3:30 and 5pm, was very rude. She asked for my ID as I was purchasing a nicotine product. All other times I've been there, no one ever asks for my ID, which I don't have a problem showing. I was aggravated cuz I just suggested they need to be consistent. She told me "this is not my store and I don't have any control over that". Very unnecessary and rude for her to say that. You need to teach your employees that the customer comes first. Thank you"

"I normally have good reviews about this place but the past 4 days i have tried to come by that establishment the doors are locked!! Usually in the am around 4-6. I know theres only 2 ppl there for night shift now but how r ppl gonna get what they need b4 work? I know yall gotta be safe too so somedays i understand but everyday now????"

"I witnessed them harassing and laughing at some poor girl whose car they tried to have towed while she was inside trying to pay. They even lied to the police and claimed she wasn't inside but I know she was because she told me their bathrooms were closed for the game day and I overheard her trying to call tmobile and stressing about needing them to reset her network so she could go to work doing deliveries, which she obviously needed her car for. The towing guy even claims that it was impossible for him to not turn the car unless she paid him $50 which she didn't have but she had a friend send it to him on cashapp, which I don't think is how towing companies generally take payment so I suspect that the tow guy is pocketing that $50 under the table. The employees certainly thought it was funny to watch this poor girl beg them not to tow her car because she needed it for work though. No empathy or compassion. I will always go to the Lake Bradford location from now on. It's bigger, much cleaner, and their drink machines always work well with self checkouts and humans working behind the counter."

"They're awful. I went in to buy a drink and was having problems with my network on my phone and while I was trying to figure that out they tried to tell my car and blatantly lied to the police and said that I was running around and not in the store the entire time which I was and they know it. They shook me down for $50 which they made me cash at them which is not how a legitimate business runs and since I didn't have the money I had to call and borrow it from someone in order to start my shift at work which I was over an hour late too because of this. I said I wanted to talk to the owner and went to call him and the guy who was Towing my car told me that he was the owner and this is after he told me that he was the supervisor first and I said no you're not if you were the owner you would have told me you were the owner you wouldn't have said you were just a supervisor. If I owned a company I wouldn't call myself the manager I would call myself the owner or the CEO, right?"

"Stopped and got gas used my card at the pump. Pumped my gas then next thing I know a cashier is telling me I didn't pay and I need to go inside to pay for gas I show the 3 cashiers my account where circle k had a $104 hold on my card. Still had to pay inside called my bank to cancel the first charge."
