"This is the worst company ever. Extreamly unprofessional and unorganized. I purchased a pool water heater to be installed By Leslie’s and they have canceled twos times now same day. Major inconvenience. The tech was completely confused and has no idea about Anything. I would give this place 0 stars. They should be out of buisness"

"Store rep was courteous and knowledgeable in handling our initial request for repair service for our pool pump. The company scheduling for service was quick and informative. Ben provided excellent friendly professional on site service installing a replacement motor and took time to explain how the product functions."

"Everybody's got to make a profit BUT... first two things I priced: A filter which is $35 at WalMart, $40 at Amazon... $110+ at Leslies... A pipe fitting with a screw thread on one end... $42+ at Leslie's, $3-5 at Home Depot depending on the one you want. Employee said not to buy a test kit that they were unreliable and I should just bring my water to them... I brought in my pool cleaner head and he said it "looked fine" but didn't want to take it apart... it was broken and needed replacing. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't offer advice. And the outrageous prices are a joke. I won't be back."
