"I had to point out that he filed my nails different lengths and even after he "fixed" it they were still different lengths and crooked. My nails don't grow crooked. The nail surface is uneven and looks very rushed, and he didn't remove the excess product from under my nails. I take pride in my nails as I deal with the public on a daily basis, so this is very disheartening. I shouldn't have to point these issues out, no one should walk out the door after a nail service and have their nails look like this. This is something that should be noticed by the tech and addressed before the client even has a chance to point it out."

"Happened to be in town and wanted to get my nails done on a whim before leaving. After calling a number of shops, I was about to give up but someone was able to pick up at this location. I was happy to know they were open and accepting walk-ins. I don't usually get my nails done so I asked for a simple mani-pedi with plain nail polish (for easy self removal) and was happy with their service and great conversation!
