"First time going. My sister and I made appointments for 11 and 1130. They don't have the option to make them together. Issue 1. The only chick there barely spoke English and couldn't do acrylic nails. So we started our pedicures first. Classic pedicures, one with gel polish and big toe acrylic fill in, 1 with regular gel, no acrylic. After I went to another gentleman who did my acrylic fill-in with design. The website allows you to add the designs to the order. I understand it says 5+, but when I came in the day before and asked, no one said then, or during my my designs, it was going to be 24 bucks just for designs. Usually, after you tell the tech, they let you know it's extra. Out of my experience, that and the time it took there was the worst part for me. My sister, on the other hand. Her nail tech, who did her new acrylic gel nails, stopped after shaping and gave her to my nail tech so she could go eat lunch.....we got there at 1055am. The rest of the staff came in between 1115am. and 1120am. At this point, it is 120pm. Why do you need lunch after that short time? idk. She ate, then hid behind the front counter for a few, then stood over the nail tech my sister was shoved off to. After my sister got her eyebrows waxed by the mail nail tech. We went to check out. Of course, I wasn't happy I wasn't told sooner the designs would be more. But I paid. My sister noticed 1 nail was a different shape than the rest, and I was also telling the man to check out the issues. The wife that wanted lunch mid client got rude about how the shape was due to too much acrylic, also blamed my sister for the fake nail not glueing to the real nail....like you are the nail tech, its your job to glue it on. Every other nail had no issues and the same amount of acrylic. They did discount her order. We left at 220 p.m., so it was almost 3.5 hours for services that shouldn't take over 2 hours. It's definitely not a place we will be visiting again. The man in the photo working on the nails, he was awesome. I am very apologetic about the experience. I hope he opened his own shop. Edit. I asked for black regular polish for my toes. The Spanish lady tech did my pedicure. In the salon, they looked black, thought nothing of it. I was showing the hubby my toes while we were outside of the house, and he was like, You sure....because they are navy blue..... go inside, they look black. Went back outside in the sun, and they are blue. I didn't ask for blue. The tech never said we don't have black, but I have navy blue. Would you like that instead. Definitely not happy about my toes being BLUE. I never paint them any other color but black. They are always black."
