"Deidre is a wonderful Massage Therapist. She does not give you a one-size-fits-all massage, but rather a very customized session. She takes time to determine what you are looking for out of your session. She offers many styles of massage, bases on her years of experience, to help you destress, optimize your health, recover from injury, keeping from getting injured, or all-of-the-above. I never feel like I’m being rushed through a session either.
