"Filthy! The pedicure chairs were gross and uncomfortable. The trays were all broken. The arm of the chair was broken and I almost fell. I didn’t even want to touch the remote for the massage function. What’s even WORSE is that I chose a paint color and not ONCE did they tell me that apparently the color I chose is $28 EXTRA! No design or anything, just gel cat eye color. I figured I’d pay $10-$15 more for gel but did not expect to DOUBLE my bill with a color choice. My $30 pedicure went up to $58. (Before tip) Absolute rip off. Lastly, the guy wasn’t very gentle. Texted on his phone while I waited, and not very thorough with the massage/relaxing portion of the pedicure. Will NOT be back. So disappointed!"

"The esthetician didn’t test the temperature of the wax before she waxed my eyebrows and she ripped skin off of my eyelid. Extremely painful and not something I expected to happen. I’m also currently suffering an allergic reaction from whatever wax they use. The morning after my service I woke up with both of my eye swollen. I went to my doctor because had to get treated and ended up missing work."
