"I have always gotten my haircut here but today I brought my sister and Effie was incredibly rude the entire time. She kept insulting her hair and not listening to what she wanted and then cut off a LOT of her hair when she didn't want more than a few inches off. I tried to get the managers information but they can't give that out so I left my contact information. I expect to be contacted about this for a refund. She told Effie multiple times how unhappy she was and Effie kept telling her "it looks better now it's healthy" like girl. Your job is to make people happy and cut their hair the way they want, not how you want it. I have never witnessed a more unprofessional hairdresser. I love all the other hairdressers here but I absolutely will not come back if Effie is going to touch my head or anyone else's."
