"That wait that you view on your phone to check in with. Do not go by it. Husband and I walked in together, they took him, and I sat, and sat until we were late for a next appointment. We had to leave. No communication given by staff, they just work with finishing their customer and walk off the floor, for break or lunch, which leaves the next customer sitting in limbo."
