"After being a loyal customer to a near by salon, and a professional (or she claims) missed 4 appointments in less than 3 day. Needless to say I walked into Heather’s Nails greeted by Good Morning, but truly with sincerity, and what a 10 plus service, having nails done by precision brushwork, instead of a dip, what a difference. Best place in 45 years. Everyone is glad you walk in, customers love coming in, and you really feel welcomed and walk out with great looking nails."

"Man started my pedicure, and when it got busy, Heather took over for painting my toes. She did them in 5 seconds and it looked like a toddler painted them. There was color and top coat all over my toes. Un even painting. It was a mess. Then she did my fill which is uneven, and sloppy. She then proceeded to cash me out and the price was astronomical. My normal nail tech who comes to my house is out of town and she charges less for perfect work. I needed to get my nails done before I leave for Paris, and I’m embarrassed. She argued with me over the pricing and the gift certificate I had. I left furious. But went back in to insist the toes be fixed for the price I paid. Each nail tech came over and laughed in my face. But thankfully the original man offered to re paint and he did a great job. I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."
