"I made an appointment 5days before my appointment. Recvd multiple text message confirmations confirming appt. I arrived for 10am appt waited for 25 minutes and my stylist never arrived. A lady that was there told me I was to see Tatiana, she attempted to reach her multiple times and nothing. I left and 2 days later I haven’t received a follow up call or anything."

"I took my daughter here to get highlights in her hair and a blow dry...... this is one of the worst salons I’ve ever taken her to. They did a terrible job on her highlights, permanently damaged her her hair and it became super dry and brittle from improper application of the bleach. The blow dry was tragic, the stylist ripped out her hair causing breakage and more damage. Being that she went to this shop with her friend, I was unaware of the results until she called me AFTER paying for the services. I paid $150 and told the shop owner Maria about the experience, she agreed to refund the money but every time I asked for the refund she had excuses as to why she cannot do the refund. It’s been 6 months since my daughter was there, I had to do several treatments on her hair, spent hundreds of dollars on products and had to cut her hair. I’m so disappointed in these services and urge you think twice before going to Kasa Belleza, especially if you have textured hair"
